Refund Policy
1.Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date and services. This deposit guarantees Tipsey with Ty’s availability and is applied toward the total balance due. No booking is considered confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Cancellation:
If the Client cancels the event:
• 30 days or more prior to the event date: The Client is entitled to a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Less than 30 days prior to the event date: All payments made are non-refundable, including the deposit, due to time, preparation, and resources already committed.
3. Rescheduling:
In the event the Client wishes to reschedule, Tipsey with Ty will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date. If the new date is available, the original deposit will be applied to the rescheduled booking. If no mutually agreeable date is available, the cancellation policy will remain in effect. Failure to communicate or show up on the event date without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all payments made, with no refunds issued. By signing this agreement and submitting the required deposit, the Client agrees to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
